At Anu’s Homely Delights, your satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in crafting and packaging every product with love and hygiene. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

All our products—including homemade pickles, biryanis, and flavoured nuts—are made fresh to order and are non-returnable due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons.


💸 Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or tampered during transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a quality issue (with proof)

To be eligible, you must:

  1. Email us at support@anushomelydelights.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Attach:
    • Order ID
    • Photo of the outer packaging and the product
    • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will issue either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

⏳ Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please check your bank or payment gateway for any delays.


🚫 What Is Not Covered

  • Delay caused by courier/logistics once dispatched
  • Change of mind or incorrect delivery address
  • Partial product consumption before complaint
  • Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery
